Returns and Exchanges
If you purchased or received a product directly from www.myheroclip.co.uk and would like to return or exchange it within 14 days, we can issue you a refund. Returned goods must be in perfect, unused condition and must be made within 14 days of purchase. After 14 days, we will not accept returns for any reason other than manufacturer defect.
We’ve extended our Christmas returns policy so that you have until 31st January 2021 to return any unwanted orders.
Normal wear and tear such as dents and scratches are not covered under warranty. If you ordered your product directly from www.myheroclip.co.uk and it arrived damaged, you must notify us immediately and return the goods unused and in the condition in which you received them.
Please note, if you have a Warranty Claim for a Heroclip with a manufacturer defect, please fill out the warranty return/replacement form.
If you purchased your product from a retail store or a website other than www.myheroclip.co.uk, please go directly to the original place of purchase.
If You Received the Wrong Product
If you received the wrong product in your shipment, or are missing something from your order, please contact us direct at firstname.lastname@example.org. To expedite a resolution, please indicate your web order number (it’s a seven digit number on the invoice you received with your order), as well as the item that was shipped in error or was missing from your order. We will process a replacement shipment and provide return instructions if applicable as soon as possible.
