Normal wear and tear such as dents and scratches are not covered under the Heroclip warranty.
Please note, if you have purchased directly from myheroclip.co.uk within the last 14 days and would like to return or exchange your item, please refer to our return/exchange page.
If you purchased your Heroclip from a retailer in the last 3 months, it is often easier to return it to the retailer, avoiding shipping charges/impact and the hassle of being without your Heroclip. If you bought your Heroclip directly from us, we’ll replace the product for you.
If your item has a manufacturing defect, please download and complete the Warranty returns form below and return your product to us for inspection.
